Cancellation & Refund Policy – Delhi Institute of Pattern Masters

Thank you for enrolling in a course with Delhi Institute of Pattern Masters (“we”, “us”, “our”). We strive to provide highquality learning experiences. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds when you purchase any courses or training services on our website. 

By enrolling in any of our courses or paying course fees, you agree to be bound by this policy as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 

1. Cancellation & Refund – Online and Offline Courses

We understand that circumstances can change. To support our learners, the following refund terms apply: 

  1. Full Refund:
    You may request a full refund of your course feewithin 7 days of the date of paymentprovided you have not accessed any course content or attended any class. 
  2. Partial Refund:
    If a refund request is madeafter 7 days from payment, or after you have accessed course materials or attended classes, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee only if you have accessed less than 25% of the course content. 

After 7 days and if access exceeds 25% of content, no refund will be provided. 

2. Refunds for Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally pay more than once for the same course, we will refund the duplicate payment upon notification. Duplicate refunds will be processed after verification, normally within 15 business days. 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, you must: 

  • Email us at admin@dipmnoida.com with: 
  • Your full name 
  • Registered email/phone used for enrollment 
  • Transaction reference or payment ID 
  • Reason for refund request 
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period described above. 

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. 

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved: 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during purchase. 
  • We aim to complete refund processing within 30 calendar days of the refund approval. 
  • Please note that it may take additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the refunded amount in your account. 

5. Changes to Courses or Schedules

While we make every effort to deliver our courses as described, we reserve the right to modify: 

  • Course content 
  • Training schedules 
  • Instructor assignments 

In rare cases where a course is cancelled by us entirely before its commencement, you will be notified promptly and eligible for a full refund. 

6. No Show / Incomplete Participation

Refunds are not available for: 

  • Students who do not attend any class but access course materials. 
  • Students who access more than the allowed percentage of course content specified above. 
  • Transfers to another course unless explicitly approved by us in writing.
